At Calais Winery, making world-class Cabernet Sauvignon is our passion. Join us in the back of the cave at our farm table for an extended, intimate tasting of five of our current Cabernet releases.

Learn our methods for crafting the King of all Bordeaux varieties in Texas, and gain an understanding of how we make new-world wine with an old-world flair.

Experience lasts an hour and 30 minutes and is available by reservation on Saturdays at 11:30am and 2:30pm. Cost: $50 per person. Limited to 4 people per group. Please note elevated tastings are not comped with bottle purchase.
